We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information the App may access, why it is required, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Access

To provide the App's functionality, the App may request access to certain Android system features and permissions.

1.1 Microphone

The App may request microphone access to recognize voice commands such as:

• "Pick Up"
• "Cut"
• "Reject"

Microphone access is used to detect voice commands required for controlling supported incoming-call functionality.

We do not intentionally use the microphone to record conversations for advertising or unrelated purposes.

1.2 Phone and Call Information

Depending on the functionality enabled and the permissions granted, the App may access information necessary to detect and manage incoming call states.

This may include:

• Incoming call state
• Call state changes
• Phone number associated with an incoming call, where permitted
• Call answer/reject status

This information is used only to provide the App's call-management functionality.

1.3 Audio and Speakerphone

If you enable speakerphone functionality, the App may use Android audio-management APIs to request speakerphone routing after a call is answered.

Actual audio routing may depend on your Android version, device manufacturer, Bluetooth devices, carrier, and system settings.

2. Voice Recognition

The App uses voice recognition technology to identify supported commands.

Depending on your Android device and the speech-recognition service being used, voice processing may be performed locally on your device or by a third-party speech recognition service provided by the Android system or another service you have enabled.

We do not sell voice recordings or voice data to advertisers.

3. Call Audio and Conversations

The App is not designed to record, store, or monitor the content of your telephone conversations.

Call audio is handled by Android's telecommunications and audio systems. The App's purpose is to provide supported call-control and voice-command functionality.

4. Data Collection

We aim to collect the minimum information necessary to operate the App.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, the App does not intentionally collect or sell:

• Personal contact lists
• Telephone conversation recordings
• Voice recordings for advertising
• Passwords
• Financial information

5. Data Storage

App settings, such as enabled features and voice-command preferences, may be stored locally on your device.

We do not intentionally upload your personal call information to our servers unless a specific feature clearly informs you that such transmission is required.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Android system services or third-party technologies to provide functionality such as speech recognition, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, or other services.

If third-party services are used in a future version of the App, their data practices will be governed by their respective privacy policies.

Option A - No Ads:
The App does not currently display advertisements.

Option B - Ads:
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers. These providers may collect certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

10. Permissions

The App may request permissions required for its functionality. Depending on the features you enable and your Android version, these may include:

• Microphone permission

You can manage available permissions through your Android device's system settings.

11. Your Choices

You may disable permissions through your Android device settings. You may also disable voice-control or speakerphone-related features from within the App where available.

Disabling required permissions may prevent certain App features from working.

12. Data Deletion

If the App stores settings or other locally stored information, uninstalling the App will generally remove locally stored App data, subject to Android's system behavior and backups.
